Looks like Telstra is removing commission from next financial year and replacing it with higher base pay. Curious what everyone thinks..good move or bad? Do you reckon normal sales staff will actually be better off overall, and what do you think the new base pay will realistically look like for frontline retail staff?

Hey guys, just needed some advice. I’ve been working casually at Harvey Norman for around 3 weeks now, but I got a better offer from another job. Since I’m still pretty new and casual, do I still have to give notice before leaving or can I just inform them and go? Not really sure how it works.
