period flu

i am 14m pp and having the worst symptoms about 3 days prior to my period. I initially thought i was just getting sick a lot and then realized the monthly pattern. It’s not typical pms it’s literally feverish, nausea, diarrhea, chills, achey, joint pain, sore throat. I am still EBF. Anyone else experience this and have advice? it’s very debilitating i almost had to call out of work the other day .

Now im feeling similar around ovulation as well.

i wonder if it has something to do with breastfeeding but i breastfed my first for 16ish months without any issues.

plssss help
