Can this A/C be cleaned or must it be replaced?
I inherited this air conditioner window unit from a previous tenant. I just removed and cleaned the filter screen but now I’m wondering about the rest. Is this cleanable or must it be replaced entirely? Not sure if that’s mold or dust or dirt or what.
FWIW: Landlord has no responsibility to replace and it’s a pre-war building in NYC so no central air (living the click clack clonk radiator life).
