I'll try to be as descriptive as possible through bullet points so it's more concise:

Movie:

• Movie was in English
• English-speaking country, more likely America, but I'm not too sure since I'm British.
• Live action
• About a summer camp, and I think the plot was about an old greenhouse and an old woman, who the brunette main character was either the younger ghost of or daughter of.
• Most likely coming-of-age? Some sort of disney channel-esque film.
• Released anytime before 2012.

Characters:

• Main characters (which I remember) was a black-haired, pale, white girl with chest-ish length hair and was slim, teenager (probably 14-16) and a brown-haired, tanned girl who wore her hair in a ponytail/updo and was boxier (same age I believe?).
• Black-haired girl wore jeans or jean shorts and shirts, tank-tops or vests mainly, I think.
• Brown-haired girl wore what I remember to be a striped purple-y shirt with a green fishing vest and brown knee-length cargo shorts.
• There might've been another main character, a blonde girl, or a male love interest?
• The brown-haired girl would often randomly disappear. I think it was because she was a ghost of some sort? Only the black-haired girl would ever see her.

Scenes:

• Specifically one scene where the brown-haired girl sets up a trail of popsicle sticks and elastic bands outside in front of a tree, and then sets them off, and they all jump up and the black-haired girl is there. Then, when someone else walks up to the black-haired girl, the brown-haired girl disappears in the classic 'she was right there...' trope.
• Near the start of the movie, they're going through initiation or some sort of gathering with an adult, and they're sat on those seats that are like stairs so everyone can see. They get their phones taken at one point near this scene. The black-haired girl sees a fly and smacks it to kill it, but then the remains are left on her leg, so she gets grossed out and wipes it off with a tissue.
• They're in a greenhouse deep in a forest and there are a bunch of pictures of a woman and a man, and it's clear that this was their little hiding spot or something.

I've described this movie to people and they have no idea what it is, and google says it's Sleepaway Camp, but I don't believe it is since no one died, and the only other response I've gotten is Bridge To Terabithia, but It's not that either.

I would say...Camp-Rock vibes? Nothing to do with music at all, but it was a bunch of teenagers in a Summer camp during the noughties to 2010s.

I have never been able to find this movie, like ever, since I've watched it, and it's a lost treasure to me.
