I graduated in June and submitted my TQS application in July, but I still haven’t received my TQS card. I’m confident I sent all of the required documents. I’ve been trying to call TQS to confirm that everything was received, but their phone system keeps looping and telling me to call back after noon even when I try calling after 12:30 pm.

Is it normal for TQS to be unreachable by phone? Their website mentions that email inquiries are only for submitting required documents for later review, so I’m unsure how to follow up on my application status.

I am a new TTOC who started this September. I am certified K–12 with teachables in math and science. I received a dispatch for a math class tomorrow, but it includes one Spanish 9 class. I have never taken Spanish in my life (I took French in middle and high school). While I am comfortable teaching math, I'm concerned that I won't be able to help students during the Spanish class, which feels unprofessional.

In this case, should I drop the dispatch or accept it?

I graduated this June and will be working as a TTOC starting this September. I wonder how early you wake up for late dispatches. I heard most dispatch calls come a day before, but sometimes they call an hour before school starts. Also, if that's the case, do you plan the entire day from scratch or just extend yesterday's lessons based on what students have handed in?

I am a new graduate and recently got TRB certification. When I try to upload my copy as a PDF file, it keeps failing to upload and gives me a notice to check if the file is corrupted. I have already downloaded the same file multiple times and even tried to upload it to my Google Drive and download it again before I upload. But none of these are working. Has anyone faced a similar experience to me, and how did you solve this problem?

EDIT: I found a post on Make A Future, that you can try to click "print" and save as a PDF file instead of your own printer to make another copy. I tried this method for a final chance and it worked!

I am a new graduate and have applied to different districts to work as a TTOC starting this fall, so I have applied to some Lower Mainland BC school districts' TTOC positions and recently got two emails from two different districts saying that I got rejected. So, when I went back to Make A Future to apply for different locations, I found they reposted the same positions about a week ago, and I wonder if it is fine to reapply after I revise my documents. I absolutely sent appreciation letters to both districts right after the rejection, and I truly want to work with the districts that I applied to. I got my certification and am still waiting for my TQS; should I wait until I get categorized by the TQS?

Hello, I just completed the program and have had one interview so far. I had an interview about two weeks ago, and I wonder what the usual wait time is before I either move to the next process or am rejected? I have sent a follow-up email, but I remember that only successful candidates will receive an update. How long should I wait to receive a reply?

Also, if I get rejected and if the job application is still open in mid to late summer, would it still be worth it to reapply?
