Are there any websites/apps that let you search for certain metas and get countries as a result?

For example if you search "lefthand driving" it'll show you all the countries with lefthand driving. Or if you search "inner yellow lines" it'll show you all the countries with yellow inner lines.

I'm interested in creating something like that but I'm wondering if maybe something similar already exists.
