I’m trying to design the cleanest Outlook/mail architecture for a small multi-user environment and would appreciate advice from people who’ve already solved this properly.

Current situation / goals:

• Multiple local Windows users on one or more PCs
• Everyone needs access to the same mailbox and see the same state everywhere
• Ideally all mail/folders/read states stay synchronized from the central server
• We also want full offline access to the entire mailbox history somewhere (including oldest emails)
• We want to avoid every single Windows user downloading a full multi-GB OST cache redundantly
