Feel helpless with my prime account

Hey, so I have made an account, where I set up everything according to their forms. I could use the account for an hour or two, for as long as I had the tab open. Since I didn't have the remember me/this device something similar checked, I had to log in again. No probs, I entered my account information, and then it didn't let me in, stating my account got on hold until I verify my billing information, and then afterwards it got on hold(without the hold being lifted from my account in between the two cases) until I provide my ID. My problem is that I provided everything, the way the asked for it, and still my account is still on hold and I am not redirected to the page, where I could upload information. It says information will be sent to my email address, which doesn't arrive for 2-3 days now, and the email address is the correct one, since I received the registration confirmation email earlier, but zero information about the hold status. So my question is: what can I do from here? I'm not getting the updates they told me I would (yes, I checked spam folder too, as well as every other folders in my gmail) and I can't contact customer support either, since I would need my prime account for that, but since it's on hold, I can't.
