Stretches and exercises please!
I have been experiencing pelvic pressure and pain, especially when walking, and my low back and hips are tight and aching. I'd like to start a daily stretching/exercise routine that will improve these symptoms and maintain my freedom and mobility throughout my pregnancy. I won't be able to see the chiro and pt until a month from now. I enjoy hikes and festivals and things all summer and I'm already feeling like I might be completely out, not just needing more breaks and to move more slowly. It's making me sad.
