IB self study?

Hi, I am thinking of going into IB next year, but for my group 3 subject I wanted to do Psychology HL. However my school does not offer this as a course, so I could do Pamoja but I heard that was a horrible waste of money. I was thinking about just self studying and getting study periods to do it at school since I am already doing that for a subject this year and with Pamoja its pretty much self studying too from what I have heard, but I know IB can be strict and I am not 100% clear on the rules, so I was wondering is this actually allowed in IB? Thanks!

Course selection

Hi, I am currently a year 11 student who does level 2 Physics, chemistry and math and the rest our level 1. I am wanting to do Medicine after school but I have two course options for next year, NCEA where I would do level 3 Physics, Chemistry, and level 2 Biology, and the rest ordinary level 2s. And then I would be able to do University stage 1 for math, chem and physics, and level 3 English and biology in year 13. Or I do IB where I only can do two sciences but most people say the inability for IB to allow three sciences makes up for it in its subject depth which is better than NCEA, or so people say. So I was wondering what my best course option would be to be best prepared for Medicine. Thanks!

If anything with mass cannot go at the speed of light, and mass-energy equivalence states that energy has mass and mass has energy, then how can can light speed exist.
