this is, in fact, not a shitpost. since bohemia is adding all this cosmetic content, id love to see skulls as a lootable item from survivor bodies after they are cut up. the can be crafted into short range lanterns (like pumpkins in fall events) with a lighter, or just collected in your stash as trophies. so satisfying!
Built my own walls and gate in front of someone’s coastal garage base. I also found their nearby stashes, burned all the contents in a fire, other than the teddies which i arranged out front. I hope they were seen before despawning 🤞
tripped a mine while trying to stealth into the outer walls of a megabase - miraculously survived with no bleed, no broken leg, health solidly in yellow. my plates and some clothes were in “damaged” condition after, “worn” prior. i had no helmet (never do lol).
i have +1500h and still don’t know why some mine encounters are survivable, others not. about 15h after this video i stepped on another one in tisy (same gear variables and position) and died immediately. why???????
i only play 1pp official (ps5), so there’s probably better meta on community slop where stamina or inventory matter less…
i always main the aug ax. it’s super easy to get (bunker run) and very deadly against geared players even across longer distances (+250m). i pair it with the red dot / atog combo, and carry a marksman scope for ultra long shots (+500m). it’s surprising how good velocity is on these rounds. 60rnd mag makes it so that i dont have to carry more than one.
fx is for infected (great stagger, ammo and silencers are everywhere), finishing downed players, kneecapping freshies.
after all is said and done i retain about half my stamina, even after plates 🥰
finally got to use the aug ax vs a group at a decent range (~250m) and it did not disappoint. looks like burst shots are more than adequate vs plates at this range. left their car and all gear, minus the boom and a vs
