Im still really new to operating a water jet but I had replaced the orifice 2 days ago only had about 10 to 15 hours of run time before it stopped cutting this is what it looks like anyone know what could cause it to wear like that, that quickly?

Just prefacing this post with the fact I am brand new In this field with no knowledge of these programs and software im on my third day of learning
So I got hired as shop assistance and they are teaching me how to use the water jet but every once in a while the pressure drops at the start of a cut seemingly at random and no one seems to know how to have it restart at a specific line to redo the cut but I feel like there's got to be a way to pause the program change the active line to the start of the cut and resume from there. I tried looking up a Manuel for the software or something about this software and couldn't find what I was looking for. the controller is the aerotech a3200 anyone know this software and can guide me in the right direction to start actually learning this to its potential?
