
Can't get access to my account, due to lost 2FA
I can't access my account, I write many tickets and all they do is respond with those 2 messages. They don't even help people, what are they even paid for? They are fucking useless. I provide almost any information they want in the form and they say, that they are unable to determine if I am the owner? The only part, that I skipped is "When, if ever, did you enable 2FA". How TF am I supposed to remember that? People enable it once and forget about it. Are they delulu? I even responded with dates of buying their games. How can random person know this? Does someone have a solution? I am able to only play games, because of auto login, but I can't log into my account. I sent a lot of tickets and get the same stupid answer. It's not a support, they're just trying to make me pissed.
