Advice for calming a bad flair when you’re already in it?

(Will delete after I get answers just out of personal embarrassment unfortunately </)

It was my birthday may 16th, and despite having notoriously bad stomach issues I requested calzone for my birthday dinner to appease my family as stomach issues from ibs and anxiety have ruined food for me.

i was super pleased to not have any issues the day of my birthday or yesterday, but I pulled an all nighter to try and fix my sleep schedule, but the second I was off the phone with my friends and left home alone by my mom. the holy horrible stomach pain hit me.

I’m between nausea from heartburn (I’m horribly scared of throwing up), hungry, and constipated and mild diarrhea and I‘m uncomfortable as fuck.

I know whats done is done, but other than the obvious take gas and acid reflux meds, how do you guys try to relax when your body does this and wont stop? i know I’m not the only one who starts to hurt, stresses, hurts more, panics, hurts more, any tips for easing the discomfort or advice for distracting yourself more healthily. I’m so tired but restless and uncomfortable from pain, so unfortunately that’s not a solution this time (plus my queen sized plushie/blanket filled autism nest of a bed is a pain to get in and out of and laying down worsens the heartburn and hunger </3)

thanks in advance for any advice you may have
