Estate Sale Piece - Looking for More Works From This Artist

Good Afternoon Everyone -
I picked this up at an estate sale in the DC area. The previous owner was a collector, primarily they focused on mid-century art. They seemed to like a lot of the impressionist and expressionist works of the time.

This particular piece is titled "Emillio, Lorenzo, and Enrique". The signature appears to be "S. Wrig..." with a little "60" over it. It is marked 2/10. The reverse shows the framing company to be "The Art Lovers".

I picked this one up because I found it to be a little spooky. I haven't seen a lot like it, and I thought it was an opportunity to grab something unique.

If anyone has any suggestions on who the artist might be, I'd enjoy learning more about them. Thank you for any help or ideas!
