When will my Student Start-Up loan get paid to me?
Hi all, earlier this year, I began attending University and applied for Youth Allowance, and when I was applying, I opted in for the Student Start-Up loan for the first semester of 2026. Due to my savings and assets, I received my first payment ~2 weeks ago, well into my study period. The first payment I got was reduced, most likely due to my savings and assets, and the latest payment was my first "full payment", but was reduced due to my income from work. Neither of these payments included the Student Start-Up loan, and when I checked the Start-Up loan tab on their website, under payment status, it just says "future payment".
I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this situation before, and if they have, when they got paid the loan. Thanks in advance.
