Can't access my website's backend, can't even access File Manager, please help!
So, when I got the hosting and domain, I created my website using Wordpress. It went well but it was redirecting me to a temporary url always, odd. I checked propagation and my domain had completed that step. I checked to see if my domain was connected to my hosting and sure it was. Despite all that, I was still being redirected to the temporary URL. I even edited the wordpress config file to direct me to the main domain but it wouldn't. So I deleted the website, hoping that the errors would reset when I installed wordpress again. So I did that and it kinda worked, kinda because after a few hours it was no longer opening the URL. Now I'm stuck, I don't know what to try anymore. I was hoping that you could help me out. Rignt now I can't access anything. I can't access the Wordpress admin dashboard, I can't access the File Manager, I'm literally locked out. I tried their AI chatbot Kodee, no help at all. Now I'm stuck in a queue and it doesn't seem like I'll be getting anyone anytime soon.
