Not a big Pokémon collector but I’m seeing prices over 1000 for this card but they have fair market value at 250 ? Am I missing something or is it wrongly valued ?

Let me know if anyone is interested ? Have a 400 offer from them but they take away fees , so can self for 400 directly to whomever on courtyardio with any fees
