Strange sound while braking, accelerating and turning

2006 Scion XB
Recently replaced a couple of suspension components on an xB I just bought because they were all quite worn. Recently after, it started making this noise when braking or accelerating at low speeds, and when turning at low speeds. It’s on the driver side and it can feel it under my feet. Can’t figure out what it is.
Parts I replaced include the brake pads and rotors, driver cv axle, lower control arms and ball joints, sway bar links, inner and outer tie rods. I did the alignment as well and everything is torqued to spec.
My guesses are I improperly seated the axle, or the wheel bearing. The second part of the video is me turning the hub.

A lot of words, I know, but I want to answer as many questions before they are asked.
