hands + feet itch during after shower??
hi everyone! i’m a 21f and have been diagnosed with MCAS since i was like 8 or 9. luckily as i’ve gotten older, my symptoms have improved, however, little things have began coming back. namely the palms of my hands and bottom of my feet itching SO BAD during and after showers. has anyone else experienced this?? no hives or bumps, just redness and it slowly goes away after i get out and dry off. any advice other than hydrocortisone would be much appreciated !!!
i’m planning on making an appt with my PCP later this month or next month, and i’ll mention it to her. i’ve also experienced more hot flashes with nausea, stomach pains, and hives every now and again; but the only medication i’ve taken since being diagnosed is hydroxyzine, so any other medication recs to help manage symptoms would be greatly appreciated!!
