Good evening!! I’ve ordered my PSA birth certificate online and have received the message to get it in Robinsons Place Bacolod until February 28, 2026 only. But due to unseen circumstances I had to be out of town for a while and just got back recently.

Would it still be possible to get my PSA birth certificate from the mall pa or what happens to it if indi mo ma claim
