Just recently installed the remaster again and everything is running perfectly with Lumen Begone and Ultimate Engine Tweaks. Although I ran into the issue of clouds disappearing and reappearing in the sky. Ive tried turning off G-Sync, changing global illumination to low, changing screen space reflections. Had mods with mod organizer 2 and tried disabling all, still happened. Not sure what is causing this.

RTX 5060
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d
32 DDR4 RAM
Running on SSD

Ive tried turning off G-Sync, changing global illumination to low, changing screen space reflections, and even turning my Ayleid Reshade off. Not sure what is causing this. In the video you can see how it doesn't happen with cloudy weather, but when its clear you can see the bug.
