Hi, peeps! So ive played skyrim and finished and which after i bought oblivion remastered and poured about 200 hours in game and finished most of the missions, is there something else I can do? Because after doing that I lost my interest in playing.. thx in advance

Thinking about buying next week how is the performance on ps5 is it similiar to stalker 2 beacuse I had no issue playing it even though they share the same engine

So the time has arrived, I've started my new gameplay today and i am going with a pure mage build!

Breton F, destruction magic, a bit of evocation (like summoning skull) and restoration as my race suggests.

I have already noticed that armors are a malus for mages, so do you have some advice about where to find some specific robe or similar ? I have joined the mage guild, just to let you know.

Am I doing something wrong? Like I am in the dark brotherhood questline and that vampire guy offered the vampire gift stuff and said I need to sleep and wake up and then wait 3 days and sleep again , which I did , and now he just keeps saying I need to wait 3 days and then sleep whenever I ask him about the dark blessing stuff. Btw I’m a Bosmer , sooo like does that have to do with anything? Did being a Bosmer make me immune to vampirism? I even went to taht vampire den near the imperial city to get infected and it did said I was infected with something haemophilia but Yh I still haven’t turned into a vampire idk why. And ohh yh I’m near purification and I hate it and don’t wanna do it , sooo is there also a way to avoid purification?

Update: I used console command player.addspell 0003DB3D to get infected idk if the Bosmer 75% disease prevented vampirism before so I had to use console command and I successfully became a vampire this time

Update: I went ahead with purification, I asked ai if there were ways to save them ai told me I could skip the quest or resurrect them but their character au might be broken and the quest lines in the future might be broken , so Yh I thought about it for a while and wondered what if they had gotten the quest instead of me ? And yep if the quest was theirs they would probably kill everyone so Yh I did what I had to do.

Does the switch 2 port mean maybe we will get some patches?

As far as I experienced, game is not really optimized to work on mid gaming set ups.

My PC:

- RTX 2060 Super

- 16 GB RAM DDR5

- Ryzen 5 2400G

Game has launch error but is still playable. I do have 70fps mid - high settings in sewers but when I actually leave them, fps drops to 28, and game lags every load section while travelling. I changed resolution to 720p and all to potato settings, but the game still lags on new enviorment loads while riding a horse etc. And everything ofc looks terrible.

Any ideas what can be done or should i just give up? I bought the game on launch and didnt play it since then because its unplayable on my spec it seems like.

I notice that when killing a character that transitions from regular clothing to bound armour, such as some Mythic Dawn, their bodies don't display their upper body clothing when they've fallen - even though it shows as equipped when you examine the body. There also seems to be a - likely related - issue with characters that wear leveled armour, or that change types of armour at some point, such as for example one of the Knights of the Nine still displaying his leather cuirass with the Knights of the Nine gear. Is this just due to me messing a bit too much with my game (changing clothing/armour to suit my own tastes) or is it a known bug for others too?

Will i like oblivion if i liked skyrim? I did not even finish that game but spent over 150 hours in there because the game let me do that without getting bored. On the contrary i have stopped after because the just was not able to figure out what was i supposed to do. Should i expect the same freedom for oblivion? Also can i expect the similiar difficulty? I have played skyrim on regular setting.

I’ve done this with a few games and this is the first time I’ve run into the issue: transferred my gamepass save of Oblivion Remastered to steam seamlessly, but when I launch the game on my steamos lenovo legion, the save isn’t there. I made sure to create a new save file once I opened the game through steam, rather than just working straight from the transferred save.

any ideas? this has worked previously for KCD and Hades so not sure what the issue is

Hi everyone! I am so excited because I have ordered the game from Amazon (ps5), can't wait to start it!!!

I come from 15years of skyrim and ... too many hours spent on it 💀 but i am clearly gonna do the same.

I just want some ADVIDE to start this new game in the best way, do not have idea how it works because I've never played Oblivion original, i just like RPG so much.

Hello. Im considering giving this game a try on ps5 but i heard it isnt running good, it plays worse the longer ur playtime, it crashes and lags. Whats current state of thid game?

If its really annoying i could buy it on pc and play it on geforce now, but it would cost me additional money to do so (cloud subscription).

I've locked my fps at 120 and it stays at 100-120 stable outside and inside. But sometimes when exiting a building it just randomly get's stuck at 40-50. Any solutions?
