GoodPeople Jobcentre Provider
Hi, can someone who works in a job centre or a former worker tell me what an Employability Support Pre-Interview with GoodPeople in a job centre is. I have a weried new work coach who I'm sure booked me on it. I tried to Google it and found the service that Goodpeople provide. It seems like just another job search provider. Is it mandatory to sign up with them?as I find a lot of these providers are very similar in my area.
My other query is this new work coach( I know who they are from meeting him previously two years ago in person) has called me twice for jobsearch interviews by phone & let the phone ring twice then hang up and put me down twice for failure to attend. I replied in my journal, but how can a work coach get away with that.
