I am posting this with no hope of getting a reply, coz thats how depressed I have been these days.

I am M26, with a stable remote job and its a well respected role in finance. But I feel bad about the way I look, I wanna get ripped and jacked and also work on better work life balance. I am single for last 4 years and porn has been the only companion and it has only done more good than harm so i wanna leave it too.

I am at a point in life where I wanna fix my health, porn consumption, and manage anger.
