I’m not sure if this a jig, a clamp or a specialized tool.
Can’t find any manufacturers mark on the parts or base. The Excelsior is the latch from the wooden box. The caliper says “Made in USA. Weighs about 6 lbs. Polished metal finish. It’s about “6 x 6” x 8’. TIA
