I by accident sent a text to my aunt. And those notes was unfiltered. It was just me writing off my anger. I accused her of being

-manipulative

-competitive

-greedy

-play games for fun

- that its sick she act like she does

-want to win for her ego

- her ways are like a narcissist

- u ask about my privacy in a emotionally unavailable way

- greedy for not adressing why we dont have good contact, because its not benneficial for her to tale responsibility and apologize.

now i question myself, am i verbally abusive? is she this horrible.. she does nice things sometimes. This was an accident but my honest thoughts. im scared what this will lead to. . It feel like i Ruined my whole life
