Did anyone who did biometrics after April 24 get approved yet? If so, could you share the details?

Has anyone here done their biometrics in May? Have you got any updates or approval yet?

I filed my 1040-NR by mailing it on April 15th via UPS. In the middle of this week, I found the envelope in my mailbox. There is no written explanation of why they sent it back. What should I do?

Do they only take photo or fingerprints also?

Any idea would be helpful.
