Simple question.

"It is truly meet to bless thee..." What does this mean?

A Google search did not sufficiently answer my question and I don't understand this word, "meet", and what it means.

I'm curious if anyone can tell me about the Seraphim Rose biographies? There are two of them on ebay. "Not Of This World" and another called "Seraphim Rose" both clock in north of 1,000 pages and appear to be by the same author. Both are very expensive. Are these the same book with different titles? Any help would be appreciated.
