I'm so tired of Mattel as a company and I think I'm going to buy second-hand only from now on.

Bought a Corazon Marikit from Mattel Creations for my birthday and was super excited as I wanted to keep her in the box.

My birthday rolls around and I unbox her from the shipping box to find she is covered in weird discolouration inside her box that looks like dirt, has marks on her face and yellow hairline. Email Mattel saying hey - can you do an exchange please? I really like this doll but this one is super damaged.

They email back saying no, best they can do is give me a 50% refund to keep. I don't really want half my money back for a doll I can't display or sell secondhand because no one else will buy her in that state either.
