I put clear gloss on Lagoonas dawn of the dance reproduction and it looks just like the originals glossy clear shoes!! Pictures for comparison.
Totally inspired by a picture I saw here on the subreddit. It's my first time really using hairspray for hold. It's not perfect but I'm very happy with it!
Monster high and collecting is such a HUGE part of my life and often I get waves of anxiety when it comes to the amount of dolls that I have. Don’t get me wrong, I love every single one of my dolls, but the sheer amount that sits in my small room overwhelms me to the point where I want to get rid of them all. My room used to be much less packed since I really only had posters and bags to display. But now everywhere I look there is a doll.
I’m not complaining that I have been able to get them, obviously I’m grateful. However my room just never feels tidy. I can declutter all I want but it will never be breathable and clean. It’s the constant battle between displaying a few characters and putting the rest in storage vs having dolls displayed in lines, by character, by date (for skullectors) and by releases (SDCC, fangvote, collector)
Does anyone else get this feeling? If so, what do you do to ease it?
I’ve never thought about this but it made me laugh if we add realistic details to the MH universe.

i got this buried secrets cleo from pepco and i just wanted to give her bangs but ended up customizing her a bit more with cheap markers and this ranfom skirt that i cut short, what do you guys think? i would love to keep doing this so please share your advice 🙏🏻💜

Since y’all liked her face up, I thought I’d share the rest on the custom so far. I think I’d like to add some more detail to the jacket and maybe some more extensive body mods, but I’m loving her so far all put together.

It seems that the white paint barely reaches halfway through the lips which is sad compared to the concept art and prototype dolls... anyway, their object heel is a monocycle! That's so adorable. Also, it seems that the objects inside the balloons are balloon animals with Frankie having a dog, Lagoona has a fish and Drac's trite ass and Elissabat's pastiche self have bats.

What a time to be alive. I loved my dolls so much!
At first I didn't like her outfit, but after a while I actually started loving it and decided to get her! There are a lot of crazy colors, but I've realized the designer(s) did a great job keeping the colors evenly spread and relevant throughout the outfit and I love so many of the combinations💖 I had to repost this because I FORGOT a close up on her boots somehow!!! I adore how much Renaissance imagery they put in this doll!
Ahhh Im just so excited with how this spooky babe is going. I can’t wait to get to her outfit and body work. I can’t decide if I should do bigger custom work to really zombify her bod, or just stick to blushing. What do you think?
I have the others on the way, but for now i think they look super cute with their party like G3 counterparts.
