I have a Cuore 2004 model, carburetor engine.

I have been using distilled water in its radiator till now. In summers, the engine gets really hot when the AC is running and so does the water of the radiator.

I am considering to use coolant in its radiator to prevent over heat. I have had all the AC and radiator work done recently. Can somebody mention a reliable and suitable coolant for this car and preventing over heat? Thank you!
