What am I supposed to eat?
For the past 10 or so years Ive been dealing with digestive issues—IBS according to the many doctors I’ve seen.
Ive developed food allergies: soy, sesame, peanuts. on top of needing to be dairy free (lactose intolerant). recently diagnosed with CSID—so now I need to be low sugar and possibly no starchy foods. tried Sucraid to help digest sugars but didn’t feel like my body was responding well to it—experienced some annoying and hard to ignore side effect
trying to come up with what to eat that avoids all these things I can’t have but still actually taste good seems almost impossible. life is not enjoyable. I’m angry.
Im constantly bloated, gassy. feeling unwell. I’m emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted
anyone have any suggestions on what to eat? how to still enjoy food?
