[For Sale] LeadRot.com - Find businesses with ugly websites so you can pitch them. Full source code, $4K. Open for offers.

Hey everyone,

I built a SaaS called LeadRot that helps web designers and agencies find local businesses with outdated, ugly websites so they can pitch redesign services to them.

It's finished, production-ready, and I'm selling it for $4,000. No revenue yet, no users. You're buying the product, the code, and the domain.

How it works:

You pick an industry (dentist, plumber, roofer, whatever) and a city. LeadRot scrapes Google Maps, pulls every matching business, screenshots their website, runs a Lighthouse audit, and then sends the screenshot to Google Gemini for a visual critique. It checks 26 technical signals (things like SSL, mobile viewport, jQuery version, copyright year, autoplay video) and assigns a score from 0 to 100 with badges like "Dated," "Ugly," or "Hideous."

Then it generates personalized cold email hooks that reference actual problems on that specific site. Not generic "your website could use some work" copy, but stuff like "noticed your homepage loads three competing font families and the hero image is stretched past its original resolution." You export to CSV and drop it into whatever cold email tool you use.

The whole process takes about 3 minutes per search.

Why $4,000 for a pre-revenue product?

Because you're buying roughly 15,000 lines of production TypeScript that would cost $15K-25K to contract out. Next.js 15 App Router, Supabase Auth + Postgres, Cloudflare R2 for screenshot storage, Lemon Squeezy for billing (4 subscription tiers + credit packs, all wired up), a full multi-tenant admin panel, legal pages, the works.

Monthly infrastructure runs about $5. Not a typo. The unit economics are solid too: it costs about $0.0025 to analyze one business, so even at the cheapest plan ($29/mo for 500 credits), gross margins sit around 96%.

What's included:

  • Full source code (Next.js 15, TypeScript, ~15K LOC)
  • Domain: leadrot.com
  • Supabase database with production migrations
  • All API integrations (Apify, OpenRouter/Gemini, Cloudflare R2, Lemon Squeezy)
  • Multi-tenant admin panel with superadmin controls
  • Legal pages (Terms, Privacy, Refund, Cookies, GDPR endpoint)
  • 74,000-word Product Requirements Document
  • Buyer runbook with full setup instructions
  • 30 days post-sale support

What's not included:

  • Third-party API accounts (you create your own, all have free tiers)
  • Revenue guarantees

Why I'm selling:

I built this to validate a concept for my own workflow. It works, it's done, but I've got other projects pulling me in different directions, and I need the capital. Nothing is broken. It just needs someone with the time to market it properly.

The growth playbook is obvious: Product Hunt launch, content marketing ("I scraped 1,000 dentist websites, here's what I found" type posts), YouTube demos, affiliate program through Lemon Squeezy, SEO for keywords like "ugly website finder." The niche is validated. Competitors like Ugly Site Scraper charge $29-$119/mo and have paying users.

Happy to answer any questions, show a demo, or walk through the codebase. DM me or drop a comment.

I built this as a personal project. It's complete and working. Now I need cash to fund my next idea, so I'm selling.

What it does: Solves the "stuck in the 90s" problem. Local service businesses (contractors, plumbers, dentists, cleaners) still use pen and paper or basic spreadsheets. LocalDesk gives them everything in one place.

Core features:

  • Smart booking system - customers book online, no double-bookings, staff gets assigned automatically or chooses. Google/Apple calendar sync. Text reminders cut no-shows.
  • Review management - manually pulls from Google and Yelp. AI writes professional responses to bad reviews.
  • SEO tools - tracks keyword rankings weekly, finds high-opportunity keywords, audits their site for issues, checks that phone numbers match across Google/Yelp/BBB.
  • AI chatbot - answers questions based on their FAQ, captures leads, can't hallucinate because it only knows what they tell it.
  • AI content generator - they type "roof repair Austin" and it writes an SEO-optimized blog post with their business name/location. Posts to WordPress automatically.
  • Analytics dashboard - shows appointments, bookings, reviews, traffic, SEO scores. Generates a monthly PDF showing ROI.
  • CRM - all leads land here from chatbot, booking form, or phone.
  • Multi-location support - same platform for 1 location or 20.

The tech: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Stripe for billing. Clean code. 60+ files, zero any types, proper error handling. All integrations already connected (Twilio, Resend, DataForSEO, WordPress, Google Calendar).

Status: Deployed. Everything works.

Why I'm selling: Built this as a side project. It works. But running a SaaS is a sales job, not a coding job. I'm a builder. I want to work on my next project instead of spending 6 months on marketing calls. Someone else should own this and scale it.

What you get:

  • 100% source code (commented, clean)
  • Database schema + migrations + seed data
  • Deployment all set up
  • All API keys/integrations documented
  • 30 hours of transition support (deployment help, technical questions)

The business model: Monthly subscriptions to contractors/service businesses. They're doing $500K+ in annual revenue, saving 2-3 hours per day is worth $300/month to them. Get 10 customers and you've got $36K/year recurring revenue.

The hard part is sales. The product is done.

Interested? Send me what you're thinking and I'll give you full demo access in DM. You can see it working before we talk terms.

I'm selling a fully functional, production-ready SaaS platform designed for a highly profitable niche: precious metals dealers (gold/silver/platinum buyers, pawn shops, secondhand dealers).

The Problem It Solves: Precious metals dealers have been stuck using paper-based transaction systems for decades. No real-time pricing. No automated compliance reporting. No way to see what's happening across multiple locations. The result: slow transactions, compliance headaches, and no business visibility.

What You're Getting: A complete, end-to-end application that:

  • Processes walk-in customer purchases with a guided, tablet-first workflow
  • Integrates live spot prices (automatically updates pricing by the minute)
  • Handles full compliance reporting (California + Texas law enforcement requirements)
  • Includes a full admin dashboard with transaction analytics, operator performance tracking, and revenue breakdowns
  • Supports unlimited locations and operators
  • Prints checks with proper MICR encoding built-in
  • Generates detailed audit trails for regulatory compliance

Key Numbers:

  • Codebase: ~60+ production files, 14 transaction pages, 9 admin pages, 30+ TypeScript type definitions
  • Database: 11 optimized tables with Row-Level Security policies, 7 database migrations
  • Tech Stack: React 19 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS + Supabase (PostgreSQL) + Vite + modern, well-maintained libraries
  • Status: ✅ Fully deployed, multi-store configured, all features working

Why This Market Matters:

  • Recurring revenue potential: Monthly or annual SaaS licensing to dealers nationwide
  • High margins: Dealers handle tens of thousands per transaction; they'll pay for efficiency
  • No competitors doing it right: Existing solutions are fragmented, outdated, or incomplete
  • Regulatory tailwind: Stricter compliance requirements = higher demand for automated solutions
  • Scalable: Add new states/jurisdictions with minimal effort

Stack Highlights (No Vendor Lock-In):

  • All dependencies are MIT/Apache licensed
  • Supabase is open-source (can be self-hosted to eliminate recurring costs)
  • Standard PostgreSQL database (portable, no proprietary formats)
  • Deployed on Netlify (industry standard)

What's Included:

  • ✅ Complete, commented source code (React + backend)
  • ✅ Database schema with seed data
  • ✅ Deployment configuration (ready to go)
  • ✅ All third-party integrations configured (MetalpriceAPI, Resend, Supabase)
  • ✅ Mobile/tablet responsive design

Next Steps for Buyer:

  1. White-label it with your branding
  2. Start licensing to dealers in your region
  3. Scale to other states as demand grows
  4. Explore adjacent niches (jewelry retailers, antique dealers, etc.)

Why I'm Selling: Original client opportunity fell through. Rather than let this sit, I want it solving real problems and generating revenue for someone with the time and market connections to scale it.

Interested? If you're an entrepreneur looking for a unique, niche SaaS opportunity with real demand and a product that's already built, let's talk. Asking price: $3500 | Happy to discuss timeline, transition support, and customer handoff.

If you are interested, send me a DM, and I can show you a demo.
