Is this a good deal?

I’m new to purchasing a PC and have no budget constraint. I was looking for a starter PC tho and didn’t want to spend a lot especially given the games I play. I saw this deal on Costco and thought it might be good for my use.

I plan to play league, overwatch, pubg, maybe some maplestory, and also maybe elden ring. I dont exepct them to run on full high quality (especially elden ring-adjacent games) but wanted to see what im really getting out of this PC. Aside from gaming i also plan to do some everyday work (which i dont think will be a problem).

Sorry Im very new to this and honestly dont know much so any general advice or red flags i should be aware would be very helpful

Thank you in advance!!

Looking to move to Quincy

I'm currently living in Cambridge and plan to move to Quincy w/ my gf early 2027 for job. We're looking for a 1b1b with budget of $2800/mo. We've been looking into Avalon Quincy Adams, which is brand-new and can't seem to find any reviews. Does anybody have info on them?

We also have been looking at The Abby, Ashlar Park, and Center & Stone which all seem to be good options for us. We're looking for easy access to red line, clean and new buildings.

I also heard there might be a new apartment opening early 2027 in QC called Hanover Quincy Center and wonder if anyone has info on them.

Thanks in advance!
