'Virtual Lara' promoting Tomb Raider III.
Has anyone ever watched this from 1998 before?
Lara's animation is scary and funny🥹😆
But back then it was pretty hi tech, I was there in 1998. 😂

Hey everyone, so I heard this beautiful remix of the main Tomb Raider theme tune, I just wondered what other people think?
Sorry if this has already been posted, I just wanted to share.
😇
I’ve worked in the funeral sector for six years and care deeply about protecting both the deceased and grieving families.
Right now in England and Wales, anyone can open a funeral home or mortuary without a legal license, minimum facility standards (like mandatory refrigeration or access security), or independent routine checks. Scotland already brought in statutory licensing and inspections under the Burials and Cremation Act.
Given recent high-profile scandals in the news (like the Legacy case in Hull), I feel voluntary trade codes are no longer enough to protect vulnerable families.
I have set up an official Parliament petition calling for:
Legally binding mortuary facility standards (temperature controls, security, body tracking).
Mandatory price transparency (clear itemised pricing and owner disclosures).
An independent statutory regulator with power to inspect, fine, or close unfit facilities.
Would you support or sign a petition?
If so, please sign. Thank you. 🖤
Hi everyone, I'm heading to Turkey tomorrow and going to Cettia Beach Resort for 7 nights. First time ever going to this country, it looks beautiful!
Does anyone have any recommendations on activities, food, markets etc.
The address is Cettia Beach Resort, Siteler, Cumhuriyet Bulvarı, Marmaris/Muğla, Türkiye.
I know I want to go to the shooting range 💛
Thank you.
🎮🦖 "Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis Impresses in Its Playable Demo at Summer Game Fest 2026
Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis had a playable demo during Summer Game Fest 2026, and user InFeRnoBraVeHeart had the chance to try it and share his first impressions.
The demo was divided into two sections: one focused on puzzles and exploration, and another centered on action and combat. According to his impressions, the game does not feel like a simple remaster or a traditional remake of the original Tomb Raider. Instead, it feels like a completely new experience built for a modern format, while still keeping some iconic elements such as the T-Rex and certain nods to the main story.
One of the aspects he highlighted the most was the technical presentation and Lara Croft’s animations, which he described as fluid, fast, and very well executed. He also noted that the puzzle section keeps the classic essence of the franchise, with exploration, platforming, and mechanisms that require players to find and combine objects in order to progress.
The combat section surprised him the most. During the demo, he faced velociraptors and played through an intense sequence involving the T-Rex, with a fast-paced and cinematic rhythm that felt close to the style of Uncharted. He also highlighted a new mechanic called Focus , which lets players fill a meter through dodges and acrobatic moves, then activate slow-motion sequences while Lara fires her pistols.
For InFeRnoBraVeHeart, this mechanic does not feel like a simple visual gimmick, but rather a meaningful addition to combat, bringing more dynamism and freshness to the gameplay. He also praised the music, Lara’s new look, and the game’s slightly lighter tone, with some humorous moments that do not compromise the character’s essence.
Overall, his impressions were very positive. Although the demo had a few bugs typical of a work-in-progress build, the player said Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis genuinely surprised him and does not feel like “just another remake,” but rather a modern Tomb Raider with an identity of its own."
