Does anyone cover these vents when parked?

I’m thinking of beginning to put a magnetic vinyl cover over these when parked— it rains quite a bit around this time of the year, and I’ve noticed one day after heavy rain she was running a little more rough than normal? I believe this is because of extra humidity/excessive water in vents… I currently park mine outside.

Does anybody do this/or have any thoughts on this?
