Points vs store credit what works better for retention?
If you run any kind of system with any of these kind of systems, have you seen better results from traditional points systems or giving customers some form of store credit/value they can use toward their next purchase?
Mainly interested in what gets people to come back and make that second or third purchase.
What systems or incentives have worked best for you? And have you found that customers engage with points enough for them to make a noticeable difference?
