Advice needed. Do we bypass NHS routes and go straight to private IVF? TTC 21 cycles.

My husband and I are both 30 and have been TTC for 15 months. We have our first fertility appointment in August 2026. We are from the UK.
So far tests we have had:
Husband: semen analysis - great sperm count and progressive motility but showed grade 3 agglutination and 4% morphology.
Me:
AMH: low for my age. 1.04ng/ML or 7 PMOL/L
Day 21 bloods - confirmed ovulation
Transvaginal ultrasound - all normal no worries
Chlamydia and cervical cancer screening - both clear
Ureaplasma test - negative
Haven't had day 3 bloods yet
My cycles are regular between 25-27 days. My periods last about 3 days. I was worried this meant I had a thin lining but when I had ultrasound my lining was great.
Hopefully fertility clinic will offer Hycosy to get my tubes checked.
Do you think they will offer IVF due to my lower AMH and the agglutination worry? He hasn't had another semen analysis since to reassess.
Do you think if they don't offer IVF, we should go private? Keep trying naturally? I don't know what to do next. Experiences would be welcome, what were you offered if you have had similar test results?
My husband and I are both 30 and have been TTC for 14 months (from UK). We have our first fertility
appointment booked for August 2026.
So far these are the tests/results we’ve had:
Husband:
Semen analysis showed great sperm count and progressive motility
4% morphology
Level 3 agglutination
He hasn’t had a repeat semen analysis yet.
Me:
AMH: 1.04 ng/mL / 7 pmol/L (low for my age)
Day 21 bloods confirmed ovulation
Transvaginal ultrasound was normal
Lining looked good
Chlamydia and cervical screening clear
Ureaplasma negative
My cycles are regular (25–27 days) and my periods last around 3 days.
I’m hoping the fertility clinic will offer a HyCoSy/HSG to check my tubes.
I guess I’m just trying to understand what direction this is likely to go in. Would clinics typically consider IVF with low AMH plus sperm agglutination, or would they usually suggest continuing naturally / trying IUI first?
If you had similar results:
what was your next step?
were you offered IVF?
