Stumpp is enjoying this Florida sun a LOT more than my ginger ass is.

Working today, so I'm not able to take a new pic of Stumpp and I for Father's Day, but here's one from last year.

Cleaning Stumpp's filter today, so I placed her in the garden jail. I took a break (Florida heat is brutal) and sat on the steps. I look over and there she is, just staring.

Stumpp and I in the Florida heat for a bit today. I haven't posted in a bit due to work craziness. But Stumpp and I are doing good.

Made a spot for a poster in my horror movie room, and created a mini-stop sign for it. Pretty happy with how it came out.

So I sent a help request days ago to a seller asking for a refund due to some very misleading information and the fact that the item is still not even remotely close to arriving, and it is looking like it won't be any time soon... if at all.

I messaged them/started the process back on the 13th. Seller has been unhelpful, refusing to help in any way. So I've been waiting for days now so that I can open a case on the 20th. And I woke up today ready to do so and... it's grey. Today is May 20th. I've done all of the right steps.

Why can I not open a case?
