I heard that it isn't taxed because its considered a scholarship or something? Does that mean it gets automatically applied to my tuition or am I pocketing the ~$14 an hour?

How does dropping a class you've already paid for but haven't taken yet work? Is there a form I have to fill out or would it automatically get returned once I web drop from patriotweb?
