Is anyone from Optimum able to provide an actual update on the internet outage in Sussex, NJ 07461?

Internet service has been down for over a day now because of the storm, but there really has not been a clear update on when service is expected to be restored. i’ve been told that they are working on it, but I’m losing faith or maybe more so patience than faith.

At this point, I’m just trying to get back online and play Fortnite. Please give us a realistic ETA or at least some kind of status update.
