Private Equity's use of midlevels for profit

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbLE_7FkR18

I think this video sums up the direction of US healthcare as a whole with Private Equity using NP for profit at the cost of patients. High cost of care while cutting out the only person who can deliver quality care, the Physician, also the person most likely to speak out against excessive consultation, labs, or imaging adding unnecessary cost to patients. Over $2000 for a low acuity ER visit where she didn't even see an actual Physician! It's clear the savings of using midlevel's aren't passed to the Patients but pocketed by the Hospital.

Viture Beast First Impressions and Issues

After my extremely disappointing experience with the Viture Luma Ultra I decided to give the Viture Beast a shot as it sounded like anchor was was significantly improved since launch. I updated the firmware as soon as I got it. My use case is specifically for windows PC.

Initially I was impressed with the sharpness and clarity, chromatic aberration didn't bother me. Sure the edges and periphery is not as sharp but with anchor mode it's easy to overcome. Anchor mode seemed solid, but honestly I have not spent enough time to notice any drift, but initial impressions it's significantly better than the software based 3DOF on the Viture Luma Ultra. The built in menu system, controls and vastly negated my prior experience with the Viture Luma Ultra. Spacewalker on PC is still not a great experience. Side view is way too large, Xreal's implementation is a lot better.

Now the issues.... Connecting it to my legion 9i with 5090 it never worked properly. Constant screen flickering and artifacting which makes it unuseable. I tried different ports with no improvement, mind you I used the Viture Luma Ultra on this laptop before with no issues.

Next I tried it with my Onexplayer super x with amd 395. Initially it worked well, but I did notice that when I disconnect and reconnect I started getting usb not recognized errors. Plugging it in and out doesn't seem to resolve it and sometimes it will just randomly work after some time and other times it doesn't at all. This also happens with my Legion 9i but less frequently.

So far plugging it into my Iphone 16 it has consistently worked.

When it was working on my Onexplayer Super X I have been trying out vertoXR to try to get steam VR working. One major thing I noticed was the 3D SBS mode on the Viture the image appears misaligned. It appears it's shifted in the inner aspect of display instead of centering it within the display. I've pretty much spent all week trying to troubleshoot this but even without running the VertoXR software just using the SBS mode on the glasses I noticed the same problem. Sometimes it only displays on the left glasses.

The Usb not being recognized is now a constant issue so the glasses do not work most of the time. Do I have a dud pair of glasses?
