Doctor recommendation for Delhi for senior citizen (NOT Gurgaon!)

Hi all,

My 60 year old father has been on Ozempic for about 4 months and lost 5kg. Started at 0.25 and is currently on 0.75 dose. We wish to get an opinion from a new doctor that can understand specific individual nuances a bit better. Also his initial prescribing doctor has stopped practicing in Delhi. His original preference for Ozempic had been due to the added heart health benefits. But he has been experiencing a lot of gastric episodes from time to time.

We want to meet with a doctor who can help understand whether a switch to MJ might be better for him keeping in mind his heart health plus gastric health. Looking for a good doctor in Delhi so that more frequent follow up appointments are easier.

Same tshirt - different me?

The first picture is about 3 years old, but at a similar weight as I was about 6 months ago before starting on MJ.

The second picture is from the gym today morning.

I sometimes struggle to see the difference. This tshirt fits quite loosely on me now, and I thought I’d pull up an old picture to compare. Don’t see a lot of change visibly in images somehow, even though there’s a 10 kg difference. Not gonna lie, it is a bittersweet feeling - knowing you are progressing but also feeling that the progress is not visible enough.

But anyhow, I feel so much better with the dietary and exercise changes so I’m not complaining!
