3 month rental Sanur Jan-Mar 2027 - help please :)
Hi everyone! I’m planning to spend 3 months in Bali (January to March 2027) with my 10 year old son. I’ll be working remotely, and he’ll be attending school near Mertasari Beach in Sanur.
I’ve been searching Airbnb and VRBO, but most 1 to 2 bedroom rentals with a private pool seem to be around $4,000 to $5,000 USD per month, which surprised me. I’m hoping there are better local options for a 3 month stay.
I’m open to any type of property, whether it’s a villa, house, bungalow, or something else. Our only real must have is a private pool, and we’d love to be within walking distance or a short scooter ride to Mertasari Beach.
Are there any local websites, Facebook groups, or reputable agents/property managers you’d recommend?
Any recommendations or local advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
