The dealerships negligent employee blew through a stop sign wrecking our truck. The dealership takes side of their so called fabulous employee that was citated and said at fault by the police. Yeah sounds like an amazing employee. Their insurance pays off our loan and now we are out of a truck. No comparable truck offered at our loan price, only "We will waive documentation fees and tag fees if we can make a sale to you after we wrecked your truck." Pathetic! Winegardner is a cruddy dealership that I wish I never trusted with our truck. No morals to their customers. We should have taken our truck to another place. Lesson learned.
