Need help with lost account.
So long story short, I bought this console like 2-3 months ago from a friend, got playstation plus and all. But I kept the original guys account (ik it's stupid). Now my little brother decided to sign out for some reason. And I contact my friend and he tells me he has no access to the account or the phone number linked to it nor does he remember the password.. so now I get charged for playstation plus once a month for no reason. Playstation support said they can't retrieve the account nor can they stop the subscription that was made using MY card, I wanna contact the bank but they can't refund, they can only stop the charges from the playstation. So if anyone can help me retrieve the account somehow I'd really REALLY appreciate. It seems I have to make a new one but I don't wanna lose all my progress.
