Does anyone know of any bread or wraps for sandwiches that have protein in them? (The higher the better, but even 5g would be an improvement over what I've found.) Tia!

By which I mean, how long for your intestines, etc. to get back to their baseline from before taking the magnesium citrate and laxatives and all that prep stuff?
