I applied to Ryanair back in January (London Stansted) and was successful, but I ended up ghosting them because I wasn’t really convinced by their conditions and pay. Since then, they’ve sent me several more invitations to start the course, but I'm still unsure whether I should accept, especially because my current salary (at least on paper) is higher. So I wanted to ask, are the conditions really as bad as they seem online? is the pay enough to survive in the UK?
