I’m 16 and everytime I leave the house I start to get crazy anxiety to the point where I start walking weird and where my body starts to feel like it’s heating up (not because of the heat from outside) just wanna know if there’s anything that could help me to not walk weird please this suddenly started happing 2 weeks ago and idk what to do
